Complex Drive Imaging Problem

I currently own a RAID 0 array of 1 30gb + 1 15gb drive for a total of 30gb of storage.

I would like to replace the 15gb with a 30gb to maximize the array. My first inclination was to image everything to the new 30gb, destroy the array, image back to the 15, create a new array, and then image from the 15 to the 30+30.

Unfortunately, I have more than 15gb used on the current array. Is there any way to accomplish the move without data loss?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It is possible to store images on cd-r if you have a cd-rw unit and software like drive image or ghost.

Thats a possibility... which is better, DriveImage or Ghost?
Also, what would the restore process be? From a boot disk?
