Completely OT- User Ratings

I know this is OT, and I understand if it is locked by the mods, I just wanted to post that the forums have a new feature that many may have missed(I know I did until I stumbled into Forum Issues last nite).

If you enter into your "Profile"(the little tab in the upper right hand side of the screen) you will see an option to enable ratings, I know that there are several members I would like to rate(RoboTech you low down SOB...... Just kidding bud, though I would like to rate yo' a$$)

You rate people by viewing their profile, it then gives you an option to rate them and view their rating.

May not be much, but I would think that what other users think of the people here would be a more accurate view then simply looking at a member status.

This will also give all those people who think I'm a pompous arrogant a$$ a place to display their views

No, seriously. I enjoy some spirited disagreements about video cards along with in depth discussions on how they work/upcoming features, and you two guys, even if you are brainwashed 3dfx zealots,<jk> are two of the people I enjoy discussing(aruging?) things with the most. I know that we can disagree on every single detail and still walk away smiling. I enjoy coming here more because you guys are here posting.

There are a handful of members that I would rank a ten besides you two(and no, it has nothing to do with responding to my lame OT post) IMHO, Jukka, Scott, Leo being a few others that I can think of(if they enable their d@mn ratings) off the top of my head that are frequenters of the Video forum.

Some people may say I'm kissing up, but the fact is that these two terribly misguided souls make me enjoy these forums a great deal more.

Besides that, I don't have to kiss up, I'm already l33t

yeah, I'd give Jukka highest ratings as well. he always seems to be the voice of reason, tho he is conspicuous in his recent absence.



and yes, I love to discuss stuff here, and the &quot;discussions&quot; i have with you are quite swell, aside from the Professional OGL stuff (which I am clueless about)

as far as brainwashed 3dfx zealot is concerned, hehe....I am more devil's advocate than brainwashed 3dfx zealot. I will state outright that the GTS is a kickass card. Just not as kickass as the 5500 for my needs.
