Completely opening up Win2K pro security

Anybody know how to set up Win2K Pro so that all user groups have admin rights(aside from setting everyone as an admin)?
What I want to do is have it look like my account is a power user, but still have all the rights of an admin.

BTW, for the this weekend I have admin rights, on monday I'm back down to power user. I'm doing this on my dad's computer, so it's obviously not 'illegal'.

It's not possible, if you had Power User and Administrator rights you would show up as either Administrator or Unknown User Type.
