Complete Core 2 Duo systems that OC out of the box?

Are there any companies that sell systems that will OC right out of the box? I just read about the new E4300 and the E6300 that is out is supposed to be good also.

I'm tired of building my own systems as I always have cooling and noise issues. I'd REALLY like to buy a Dell (nice and quite) and do this, but I know that is not possible without replacing lots of stuff.
