Shintai's system looks like a good choice. And going with a Haswell Celeron means that if you want to, in a few years' time you can upgrade to a Core i3/i5 to prolong the life of your system.

Same applies for the other. The 6400K is 260 in Austria for example. And the cheapest 5350 there is 412€
