i dont want like

"why should i choose you" that is not a FAQ question.

something like

"What are your server specifications"
A: Our server is a 3.0ghz Intel P4 with 1024mb ram and 80gb hard drive space. (provide link to alertra)

"What type of a network are you on."
A: Our servers are located in the NAC network center. (provide link to network specs)

"How reliable are your servers?
a: Our servers are 97%+ stable (alertra link)

"What management panel do you offer?" (i need a different way to word this)
A: We offer Cpanel

i need some more ideas.

Where are you located?
Do you specify 24/7 service, if not what is the expected TTR (time to resolution)?
How long have you been in business?
Do you have a business license in your state/ region/ country?
Is your system clustered? Do you have fallback servers?
Do you support MS SBS? Or just Frontpage 2000 extensions?

What's my http root?

Seriously, even better would be a link to a faq on uploading documents and or scripts.

Assume that the FAQ will be read or can be pointed to as a reliable source for the dumbest user you've encountered.

Being that I'm not gay, I would prefer you call it FUQ instead of FAQ.
