order a case from compgeeks, arrives and looks great. install components, fire it up, no go. replace motherboard, fire it up, no go. switch psu's, works!

call compgeeks, talk to operator. operator asks what do i need, and i reply i have a question about my order. puts me on hold for 15 min, talk to a csr. tell them the psu in my case is dead. puts me on hold for 20 min. talk to tech guy, he asks if i could wait since im next in line. i say ok, puts me on hold for 20 min. tech guy comes back, i tell him my psu is dead. he says ok ill issue you an rma #. then he says since you've been waiting patiently for so long, he'll go ahead and just ship me a new psu, and i don't need to send anything back. YAY!

god you were on hold for like an hour

well, i didn't really mind, since the entire time i was on the phone (almost an hour) vs. the time i was actually talking to someone (about 5 min), the entire hold time was spent leaving the headset on spkrphone while i was browsing the internet

funny 😉

Compgeeks is good imo, but they do have a lot of very low quality stuff at very low prices that you need to not be tempted by.
