compgeeks RMA turnaround time??

long story short: i bought the asus ti4200 a while back and it doesn't quite work right. i RMAed it last thursday and they say it takes 7 to 10 days for them to test it and stuff. that's pretty long if you ask me... what are your RMA experiences with compgeeks/
