kinda odd, considering Axims are new to the market, maybe they had a defective battery batch. i remember the old ipaqs had integrated batteries that dried out, but that took atleast a year

You're right but they didn't include the USB cradle at that price.

yeah, 9 bucks is probably worth it for the cradle (though someone said he got the cradle anyway).
