Can an ebay competitor put up a listing that is for "information only" which is really a link to the competitor's website?
How does ebay prevent, for example stubhub, from putting up a cheap listing for USC vs Texas tickets that says "this auction is for information on how to get cheap tickets from a marketplace other than ebay" And they can either put a link to stubhub.com right in the auction, or they can do a "Dutch auction" for a ridiculously cheap winning price, and all winners get the stubhub.com link emailed to them?
Just wondering 🙂
