competition bbq?

I've been grilling for 1 year (two times per week average, even in the winter)

Lately i've been getting more into the slow cooks - over the weekend i did tennessee bbq pork loin (got the recipe from bbq university tv show).

It was fricken amazingly good. (and it was a lot of fun)
There was a local BBQ competition over the weekend, i hit it up with the family and everyone with me agreed that most of the stuff I've been doing is better than the samples we tasted.
