Will a mobile Athlon 64 socket 754 CPU work with a desktop socket 754 system?
I have a K8T Neo MS-6702 MB/Chipset 3200+ and want to upgrade to a 4000+.

It should so long as your bios supports the mobile chips.

Yes, it will work, but be sure to give it proper voltage. No need in giving a stock chip 1.3V (standard for desktop) if it's a mobile (those things need like, what, .9V?).
