compatibility with DS-DDR400 in DC Mode

hello. just wana ask if newer motherboards nowadays especially Socket939 stil have that compatibility problem using double-sided DDR400 in Dual-channel mode wherein u can only run it in 333 mode for it to be stable? i ask coz i have these 2pcs doublesided ddr400 running @333 and was wondering if its worth keeping or i should luk for single-sided modules....

btw, my memory is PQI 512MB DDR400 each...

PS: is there a known solution to run doublesided ddr400 in dualchannel mode? my motherboard is Epox 8rda3i Rev.3.3
