Compatibility with Antec SL400 PSU

I'm looking at the Antec SX1040BII case, and was wondering if its Antec SL400 power supply unit will work fine with my PII 450mhz processor and 440BX chipset mobo.

Uh that powersupply is overkill for that mobo, so don't worry about any power issues. It will be fine and ready for your next upgrade
