Compatibility Question: ECS D6VAA Dual P3 Motherboard and 1.0a Tualatin Celerons..Do they work?

Hey guys. Im looking into a ECS D6VAA Dual P3 Motherboard, FCPGA motherboard. I know that it has the VIA Apollo Pro 133A.

I was wondering a few things. I know that the tualatin (sp?) celerons are essentially P3s with 100mhz FSB. Does that mean that you can run them in dualie configuration, or does intel somehow lock them from doing smp?

thanks guys, any input is great, maybe to suggest a different mobo, or different CPUs (that work if cellys dont). thanks a ton guys

may have just answered my own question.

dual celerons don't work.... the last celeron with SMP was the PPGA mendocino celeron 533mhz. all copperine and tualatin celerons are SMP disabled.

All Tualatin and Coppermine based Celeron's are SMP disabled, only the Covington and Mendocino cores were capable of running in SMP.
In any case, the VIA Apollo Pro 133A chipset does not support the Tualatin core, you'd need VIA's Apollo Pro 133T for that and I don't believe there are any dually 133T mainboards available.
