Compatibility mode in Win2k

Windows 2000 Pro with SP3

Start > run > regsvr32 %systemroot%\apppatch\slayerui.dll

I am logged in as admin, but I still cannot get the compatibility tab on shortcuts.

Its a little different when installing with SP3.
