Compatibility issue with BE-2400 and Biostar TF560

I recently bought a Biostar TF560 to pair with that cheap BE2400 and I could sometimes get it to start booting into the cd rom with windows, but it would freeze up after a few seconds.
I thought it was heat from northbridge or a bad mobo, but I read a review on newegg that said some of the Biostar AM2 mobos weren't compatible with this chip. Does anyone have any current info? Is anyone running this combo and was there any problems getting it to go?
I already emailed newegg for an rma, but I'd like to use this combo if possible.

I also grabbed that e7200 combo from frys to use if this isn't fixed. Well, I'll probably set it up either way since it's here already. 😛

Edit: According to the LED lights (for troubleshooting), everything is working fine.

TIA!
