Looks good except the PS. Probably OK if your not going to OC, but 18a on the 12v is weak, and TT isn't known for great PS's.
 
Everything looks great except for the DVD burner & perhaps the PSU.

I had that PSU & had zero issues, but others here seems to feel it's no good.
An Enermax Noisetaker or OCZ Powerstream might be better choices.

As for the DVD burner, the BenQ DW1640 would be the one i'd recommend 🙂

Well, I like the DVD burner, and from personal experiences with a BenQ monitor, I don't know if I trust them completely to be honest.

As for the PSU, the Enermax and OCZ both barely exceed my budget, so how's this look:

I dont have any experience with Rosewill, nor do i know what quality they have, but as far as power and amps go, thats a good PSU (26A on the 12volt)

Same thinking as me. Only experience I've ever had with Rosewill was installing a friend's Rosewill video card.
 
well, just to help you out, look for PSU's made by Fortron, PC&C, or OCZ and you will not be disappointed at all

whats your limit for price on the PSU?

You never wanna go cheap on the PSU 🙂, this is what I got

Fortron Blue Storm

An OCZ powerstream is good too.
 
downgrade your CPU to a 3500 and get 2 gigs of RAM. no offense, but that rig seems neutered with only 1 gig of RAM

Don't have any personal experience, but have seen several others that had good luck with that PS
