Compat issue Geforce 2 and SBLive 5.1??

Is there a compat issue with the Winfast Geforce 2 Pro and Sblive 5.1? They are on a Epox 8KHA board with a 1.2 Athlon. Win 98SE is acting all flakey on me. It will say there is a registry error and then go back to a state like it was in just after being installed.

Any help would be appreciated!!

now for the geforce are you using nvidia drivers? or the one that came with the card itself? And for 5.1....you are using liveware 3.0? or not? are you just using the drivers provided. and if so...did you install liveware....
 
I am using the Nvidia(12.xx) drivers and I just loaded the basic drivers(That came with the card) for the SBLive, none of the extra programs.
