Comparison of Linux systems

Anyone know where I can get a good comparison of the different Linux distributions available? I'm using Redhat and Fedora right now, and I think I might try switching to something new. Any opinions from personal experience you'd like to throw in would be appreciated as well. I'm trying to learn to properly manage/upgrade/remove applications that I install, so a good (simple to use) package manager would be a good place to start. I install all this software and then have no idea where it's gone, and how to remove/upgrade it. I've used rpm a little bit (very little), but run into problems when there are dependent packages.

Thanks ahead.

Don't worry about it to much. Each distro is pretty close to one another.

any linux can do what any other linux can do. It's free software and they all have access to the same stuff.

There is nothing wrong with switching around, of course. But I see people trying out different distros when they are having some difficulty getting hardware to work or whatnot. A better approach is to learn how it works and then make it work with your particular needs. But then again, anything that works works, irregardless of the path you take to get there.
