comparison of data download/upload taken up by googletalk, yahoo messenger, skype

I was wondering if you guys knew of a comparison of data download/upload taken up by googletalk, yahoo messenger, skype.

the reason why i am asking is, if say i got myself a mobile datacard, which one of the voip chats would result in minimum data bundle usage?

i think this requires a look at more than just the data download/upload... it would also depend on the protocol, type of connection, other things...

also look at Gizmo (www.gizmoproject.com)... their VoIP is supposed to be up there with skype as well...
