comparison between Pentium M and Pentium M ULV CPUs?

Have you seen any performance comparisons between Pentium M and Pentium M ULV? (like the ones between Pentium M and Mobile Pentium 4)

The ULV Pentium Ms are more or less identical to the same generation standard voltage Pentium Ms. They just run at lower voltages and use less power at maximum and idle so that they can be used in extremely light and thin models which have constraints on weight and battery size.
