Comparing utilities (DSL/Internet Cable/Satellite Telephone SErvice)

I'm moving into a new place in Staten Island, NY, very soon and would like to see the price comparisons of these three services (Internet, TV, Phone). As for phone, I'm on the fence about if I really want one, I don't want to spend much and i just want local calls, my cell will be for long distance. I don't know if I need one. As for internet and tv, I once saw a website that if you put in your zip it would give you the comparisons, but I can't find it! Any help!

If you just want local calls and don't expect to use the landline/voip phone often check out the limtied minute packages. I know sunrocket has a 200 minutes/month for $9.95 (have to buy hardware so check that). But if you will only use it every once in a while, you can't get much cheaper.
