Not knowing much about the Pentium M, Centrino, etc. I was wondering how some of the notebook CPUs compare. I'm currently looking at a few different systems with similar memory setup and the ATI 9700 mobile.
What level of Pentium M compares to an AMD 64 3000+, 3200+, etc. ? Without really knowing if the "PR numbers" are close to the performence of a Pentium with the same clockspeed I can't really make a well informed decision. Thanks in advance
For reference I am looking at the dell Inspiron 9200 and Sager NP4750 ULTRA.
