These numbers in many ways don't make any sense; many of the numbers seem to be pulled from County data, like the Superfund thing, which as far as I know, there are NO sites in my zip, but I still rated a 10 - and that even seems quite low for the county.

One stat that caught me as funny:

It's probably a county-wide thing, which would include several major medical centers & learning institutions. I don't think that number is correct for my zip.

This thing is totally off. How old data are they using? From 1990? Apartment rent $1133? I WISH I could find a hole in the wall for that price! It's minimum $2400 around here.
