compare o/c duron and celeron temp.

duron 600@900, 1.95v, pal6035 hsf. max temp 48c.
celeron 633@950, 1.9v taisol hsf. not as hot as duron.(bh6 can't get exact temp reading)

both are 50% o/c, why duron give so much heat??????
any ideas?
