comparable card to x800xt pe in todays models

What is a video card in today's models that is comparable in performance to an ati x800xt pe card of last generation?

POSSIBLY a 7600gt, or on ATI's side, the x1800GTO. They'd be the closest i can think of, althought both have 128-bit memory instead of the 256 of the x800xt-pe, overall performance i would imagine would be similar.
