Compaq V2312US BIOS issue

I recently just reinstalled windows and all of the drivers. One of the drivers requested to flash my BIOS. In the middle of flashing my computer turned off. When I turned it back on nothing will load. All I see is the load screen where it says press F12, F10, or ESC. Does anyone know what happened, and how to fix?
