I had a problem getting my computer to see my Compaq iPAQ PDA via the USB cradle. I called up support and wasn't on hold for more than 30 seconds. He corrected my problem within 5 mins and that was it. I told him to have a nice day and I've been fine ever since.

PS went out on a Compaq server, Compaq overnighted the replacement. Wasn't a critical issue, the server the PS was on is a backup server in case the main one went out and the third power supply on said server is redundant.

Something was screwy on another server so we RMAd it. New was to us the next day as well.

Seems like good service to me.

But don't get me started on trying to trouble shoot some of the desktop Compaqs we have....

and how was part replacement???

did you send the old stuff back/and or recieve it first? Did they make you have to send your stuff in first

Oh, my battery on my old Compaq Aero 2110 flaked out on me...I called them for a replacement on Friday. Had a new one on my doorstep the following Monday. I put my bad one in the same box and shipped it off to them.
