Ok, this hasn't exactly happened yet. But after a few complaints and submitting a very negative survey, they called me up this morning to find out how they could better serve me. After explaining what I went through with their so called "award-winning" customer care, he offers me to ship back the laptop again and have everything repaired under warranty. In case it returns unrepaired again, they will offer me a replacement of my laptop, and I thought on the phone.....Yeah! Now we are talking!
Anyway, so as you can see, I hope they will return my laptop unrepaired so I can get a new replacement. How likely will this happen? What's your take?
