Just wanted to show this nice old system I got for $5 a year ago. It is a Compaq Presario CDTV 920. Has an Intel Overdrive @ 100MHz, 24MB ram, 350MB & 500MB hard drives, CD-Rom, and is running Windows 98.

It has a very interesting board setup and an interesting video card setup as well. Does anyone have any more info on this system (ie: when it came out...)

Is the cable plugged into the card in the #1 slot going to the VGA port on the mobo? If so, it looks like you've got one of the old school 3d accelerators that literally did just that. They weren't capable of 2D graphics at all and relied on the "IGP".

Yes it is, and then I plug my monitor into the card. I've been trying to figure out what that cable/connection was for. Thanks for the great info!
