greetings all,

I'm in a bit of a "blonde" moment here.
I've got this laptop - and as soon as you power it on it shows the BIOS splash screen, then immediately asks for a password.

problem is the customer doesn't know the password.

how do I get past this so I can get into the computer and get it up and running for them?
