For those of you lucky enough to own a Compaq IPAQ PDA only to find the Compact Flash Expansion Pack impossible to find short of getting seriously gouged on EGAY for >$100.00 for a $39.00 widget......amazon.com now has the IPAQ CF Expansion Pack IN STOCK for $39.00!!! Get em' while there hot!

OK so maybe some of you may not think finding an item for it's "suggested retail price" is a hot deal but these damn things have been virtually impossible to find anywhere but on EGAY....often selling for $150.00 or more due to their very hard to find status.

Hey, Kenjack, just wanted to thank you for this deal. It certainly was a hot one even if noone else realized it. Mine came today, now if I could just get a hold of an iPAQ for a decent price, I'll be good to go. Thanks again for the post. These still sell for over $100 on e bay if you play your cards right.

I've seen the iPAQ instock at both Circuit City and Best Buy (Manassas, VA). Others are telling me that Radio Shack can order them for you with minimal delay. It's hit and miss though as to their availability. I even had a friend tell me a week or so ago he was in Parkersburg, West Virginia and saw them in the Circuit City there for $399.00!!!...an unheard of price on this hot little machine! I have also seen them in the military PX/BX stores on the shelf! I have read that Compaq guesstimated the demand to be at approx 10,000 units per month but the true demand has been postulated to be more on the order of 100,000 per month!

P.S. Check out www.brighthand.com.....they have a great iPAQ forum and lots of good poop on the latest and greatest hardware/software/accessories for the iPAQ.
