Yeah, that fact is, everyone has a PC, all companies have servers, everyone has a cell phone. Bottom line is, no one needs to buy more product.

Hardly. The US is so behind in wireless technology its not even funny. They need to skip a whole generation of devices and then maybe the US would be up to date with Europe and a bunch of other countries.

Actually the server market should grow quite well this year. The desktop market probably will not.

We still all need PDAs which are still very hard to find. Take a look at the iPaq or numerous other hand helds.

Server market did well this year but not as good as previous years. Everyone needs a PDA but not as bad as earlier this year. We're behind on wireless technology because there are 1000s of companies vying for space in the market saying their crap is better than the other crap. In europe there are only a handful of telecommunication companies, plus they dont have to deal with as much beurocratic BS as we do here in the states regarding telecommunication regulations and whatnot. The market is saturated with every joe schmoe tech company. This will weed out all the BS tech companies and only the strong will survive.

Good thing is, it sounds like they're getting rid of the Presario line all together. They are merging their Consumer (Presario) and their Commercial (Deskpro) line of PC's together. The Commerical business is far more valuable to them anyway.
