Compaq Armada 1530DM

Hey all,

I have an old Compaq Armada 1530DM notebook without a hard drive or CD-ROM drive that came from a school auction. I would throw a hard drive in the system but the lazy asses at the school IT just pulled the hard drive caddy out and you HAVE to have this to connect a hard drive to the system.

My question:
Since the system is so old, but POSTs and boots to a floppy just fine, is there any thing I can do with this system? I hate to spend any money on it. Yes I know I could donate it to the Goodwill, but I thought I would ask before I did that.

Distributed computing (except on a floppy - yea right) or a router?

Ouch, unless there is a much newer version of this laptop I would donate it. It isn't worth the time or money

Edit: It doesn't look like there are USB or ethernet ports so I would DEFINITELY donate it. There really isn't anything worthwhile you can do with it
