For those who say Compaq is suck do you actually own one?

I have a Compaq 7470 purchased from ubid.com 10 months ago and have been satisfied overall. The tech support is much better than HP (I also purchased a refurbished HP from ubid.com). It is quiet. I leave it on 24 hours no problems! It is not perfect as some of the Compaq features do not work as expected (I loaded lots of software). Items added to it: 64 mb ram, 45x CD ROM, an ATI graphic card. All cheap after rebate.

$450 for a complete system from Compaq is indeed great deal. I would have purchased this one if I haven't had built a Duron 650 (overclocked to 850) with Abit MB recently.
