Compaq 5400US $399 Circuit City no rebates 4/01

Thanks to jerseyjohn at another board which shall in Fact remain Without name for this.

Apparently Circuit City is going to have the Compaq 5400US computer for $399 (no rebates involved for that price and currently $549) starting 4/01. Includes 1 yr Compuserve. He says that this is according to the newspaper circular. I haven't seen this circular. Anyone else know more?
