Company that can offer 24x7 tech support to my company?

Hi I have no idea where to start searching, so I came here to ask. I work for a small 2 person company that sells both pre-configured Linux computers, Windows computers, and custom application software. We have made hundreds of sales even many outside of the US, and many of them paid extra for a support contract.

I am the only employee who does the tech support, and I work 9-5. I am constantly getting calls outside of support hours and dealing with customer requests for support outside of my working hours. A handful of customers are willing to pay extra for us to upgrade them to 24/7 support.

What I need:
Can anybody recommend a company who could 24x7 support both Linux, Windows, and my custom software applications? We don't have enough $ to pay people in U.S. to work for us 24/7, but are opening to hiring a company overseas that could handle all the calls / support tickets outside of the 9-5 window I work. I would personally train them and/or offer step by step instructions for fixing any possible problem with our hardware or software.

Can anybody recommend such a company? Simply googling the results are overwhelming.

Thank you.

Based on my experience, what you are describing is a support center in India (or wherever) for level 1 support. Basic Windows stuff. You would provide them QA sheets for basic stuff in your specific appliactions, but anything beyond that would need to go to to you. I don't know what kind of calls you get after hours, but that may be all you need. But if you supply customers that can handle the basics and only need help with situation-specific issues, you are better off investing in additional employees.

Good response, Ketchup. It is just about impossible to specifically answer the question without spamming.
