Anyone ever heard of this company/sub before?

From the specs (very close) and name (almost identical) it looks like it's about to be a product sold by monoprice for an insanely cheap price...http://www.monoprice.com/products/p...=10906&cs_id=1090601&p_id=8249&seq=1&format=2

Also there's an 8" one that seems to have the same similarities...

They're probably the manufacturers for the things monoprice is selling...nothing I'd be interested in though.

The whole thing only weighs 9lbs? Is it made of cardboard?

Didn't notice the weight...has to be a typo...didn't think these would be for everyone just wondered if anyone knew anything about them...
