Company sent me rejection letter then an offer for internship

My experience with HR is that they usually manage to misplace or otherwise screw up something pretty much every single time I work with them. Just this spring I had to send in a bunch of stuff twice because they sent me the wrong forms the first time (and the new forms were like 95% the exact same too).
