Company of Heroes Playback stutter

Anyone get frame stutter when the battles get big in Company of Heroes playback, or even a real game for that matter? I have a 4870 video card only on 16x12 and I am not sure what the holdup is. If anyone else has experienced this let me know if you fixed it.
