Wow. I feel sorry for his family, and I can't believe that the other driver was really that stupid.

Yes, none were wearing seat belts and 2/4 of them died as well. Drugs were involved and all were in their mid-20s or so. The driver of the other car is facing 3 counts of vehicular homicide and several drug related charges too I would imagine.
