Hey, you guys seem to be the networking gurus in your companies so I wanted to pick your brain about the best of the best when it comes to web hosting solutions.

My company is looking for a hosting solution to meet the following needs:

Security Certifications:
ISO 27002
SAS 70 Type 2

Redundant Firewall/Load Balancer (active/passive)

2 x Web Servers Win Server 2008 64bit (web farm)
4GB RAM - 150-500GB HDD in RAID array - Running IIS7 - Dual Quadcore

2 x SQL Database Servers Win Server 2008 64bit
Redundant OS RAID Array - 1-3 TB SAN using SQL clustering - 8/16/32GB RAM - Dual Quad Core

2 x SQL Reporting Servers Win Server 2008 64bit
Redundant OS RAID Array - 1-3 TB SAN using SQL clustering - 8/16GB RAM - Quad Core

Other requirements

We would like to provide our own licenses of the software/OS to reduce costs
1TB/month outbound data
Mirror our sites in Far East (must be gloabl)
Redundancy of Internet connection (multiple ISP providers close to internet backbone)
Redundancy of Power (multiple failovers in case of blackout)
Proactive Monitoring and reporting (address bandwidth, cpu utilization issues)
Support backups of Server 2008

We have already gotten one quote from rackspace.com for $25k/month and now we are using that as a benchmark of comparison. I am not looking for pricing from anyone just other vendors who can meet these needs.

I can't help on the web hosting front, but does your company have the technical capability of supporting this type of setup yourselves after it is setup (with the help of consultants)? For $300,000 a year, you could easily purchase something like this yourselves and recoup all costs within 2/3 years time.

Again, not answering your actual question, but throwing out a suggestion (that I'm sure you've guys have already factored in).

Two things that are extremely hard to do on our own........get those security certifications and monitor a mirror of our sites in the far east.
