Company Leasing - Computers?

So, I'm not sure if this is the right area to post in, but I'm looking for some help on putting together a leasing plan for the company I work for. We currently have 5yr old pentium machines with 2gb mem...just not cutting it anymore and causing me multiple issues with the users.

Anyway - I've decided it would make more sense for us to lease rather than purchase out right, I need about 60 machines.

I have been in contact with Dell / HP (neither are easy to deal with) and have gotten some numbers but they keep quoting me incorrectly, pretty simple really...need i5 - 8gb memory machines and 3yr on-site with a 3yr lease....nothing too complex.

Anyway - the reason for my post - do any of you know of a good leasing company that I could look into for some extra quotes as well? I have a coupe vendors that I've looked into but they can't seem to match Dell / HP pricing.

Thanks!

A Tier 1 vendor (Dell, HP, Lenovo) are definitely going to be your best bet in terms of pricing. If your company is "too small" you'll get assigned to a mid-tier account rep who probably has a ton of customers and won't necessarily get you the best service.

In that case, your best bet would be to work with a VAR (value-added reseller) in your area. Essentially what a VAR does is handle the sales end for a Tier 1 vendor in exchange for a percentage (usually small 2-5%). In exchange, you get more personal pre-sales support from somebody local to you.
