Company is looking for someone with strong Unix background

Looking for someone to be responsible for database administration, data analysis, e-commerce development and day-to-day operation of a Unix ERP system. This includes data management in a variety of databases including Microsoft Access, Universe, Microsoft SQL server and others.

This person will also be instrumental in the development of our ongoing e-commerce systems. They would be required to work with our purchasing department to improve our online catalog and marketing to improve our online presence.

Requirements:

1. IT degree or advanced certifications such as MCSD, IBM Certified Application Developer, etc.

2. Two years experience leading projects

3. Must have the ability to design, document, and manage web based software.

4. Advanced knowledge of various Database systems and their structure

5. Strong Unix background

6. Must be willing to work flexible hours

7. 5 - 7 Years of Experience

That is an interesting position. UNIX + UniVerse + SQL Server + MS Access?! Geez, you would think that we work for the same company. I deal with all of those on a daily basis. What are 'Others'? about the only mainsream DB's left over are postgre, MySQL, Teradata and DB2.

Equal to your experience.
That's a bs copout.
Where does the money bottom-line start?
You're looking for a spec. oper., so you obviously have a number in mind.
