Company incentive programs? Where you earn points and can redeem through their catalog..

I am responsible for putting together a rewards program for some of our sales people and i wanted to see if you all had an y exposure to any companies that do this sort of thing.

For example. I win a sales contest and get 10,000 points. I can buy a tv for 5,000 and a recliner for 5,000. Or I can peruse their catalog for more.

Anyone deal with these at all?
