amazon - they have a customer forever here
newegg - they're the amazon of computer hardware
chase - good reward cards, easy to dispute false charges
amex - their amex blue price protection program was awesome back in the day
lowes - my local one is great with returns, price matching, etc. YMMV.

I have had amazing CS with Sprint. Even when I wasn't due for a free phone I got one and $90 credit on my bill, this was just over a month ago.

newegg- are you kidding? I guess ok service is considered great now.
chase- even bigger are you kidding? Chase never had good CS.
Amex- Agree. They are the benchmark of customer service in finance.
Lowes- LOL.
