Agree. Who wants to read a 17 page agreement to see that the only difference is "hereto" was changed to "heretofore".

I agree! I hate when credit card companies send me the "Our Terms have Changed" letter, with just a big pamphlet with the new terms. Like I can sort out what changed.

I agree. Would make it easier for the leyman to read. But, arguably, thats not the goal.

Since we're in unicorn land, I'd like TOS agreements to be restricted to 10 pages of 8.5x11, 10 font Arial text as well.

Don't we have constituents for this? I say we put them to work for a change!

There should be a handy piece of paper included that asks if you agree with these changes, and if you don't simply check that box, mail it in and your dismissed from the contract.

If they condense it down more, it'll be this (which is what any of it amounts to anyway):

- This document can change at any time.
- Any information you give us becomes our property.
- Any information we can deduce about you is our property.
- We will sell or distribute this information if we feel like it.
- If anything goes wrong while using our products or services, it's not our fault, and you can't sue us.
- If anything goes right while using our products or services, you're welcome.
- No refunds.
