One thing I miss about the brick and mortar experience is that I wasn't constantly bothered by sellers, manufacturers, and now even by Edison (How was your online bill pay experience? You haven't answered yet, please take the time to fill out this survey). I can't order anything anymore without my inbox filling with beggars for a review, many times with multiple requests. In the olden days everyone assumed they were happy with their purchase until they said otherwise.

You can't send the emails to spam because they might send one you need.

Do these constant requests bother anyone else?

I still buy things from stores. Some of them ask for a name and address so I put a fake name to see if they send me mail. Oh, a mail to Angela, yes that was the name I used at Best Buy and the guy assured me I wouldn't get any spam mail! lol. Liars.

You ever think there's a reason for that other than to bother you or in your mind are you really that important?

When a company lose the ability to deal with customers face-to-face they miss out on valuable feedback. If your online experiences are good it's probably because other people have removed the giant stick from their ass long enough to honestly answer feedback requests so that the company can fix problems and provide a trouble-free experience.
