Compadibility problems?

My specs:
T-Bird 850
KT7 RAID SOCKET A
Dual IBM Deskstar ata/100 30 gig
Two 128 Crucial Cas 2
Pioneer DVD 16x
Linksys etherfast NIC
SB Live!Xgamer
Prophet II GTS 32 meg

Im almost done building this(waiting on a few parts), but once its done i will be either quad or tri-booting on WinMe, Win2k, debian/GNU2.2, and BeOS(maybe). Will my hardware be compadible with these OS's? If not what will conflict with what?

Also I have absolutely nada expirience with RAID-0, can someone tell me how I will configure, then install all these OS's from the start on these Harddrives, on RAID-0 striping. Thanks alot in advance!
